The second part of the documentary in particular features footage from the recently severely damaged island of Bantayan, in central Philippines. .Stormed. talks about destruction and reconstruction, psychological damage and climate adaptation. It.s a documentary about an often neglected country that is facing a constant natural disaster threat. .Stormed. also features one fiction story voice over and a poem, in an effort to give voice to the Philippines.
