A real life documentary that follows Glenn, who is on a mission to prove to himself and his family, that he can get back into shape and achieve his lifelong goal of competing in his first ever bodybuilding competition. Will raw determination and perseverance be enough or will Glenn break under the stress of the strict dieting and gym regimen, while trying to maintain his hectic family and work life? Only time will tell.
