The Desperate Dennis follows Regens. advice, travels across the country to buy the kidney and after some trouble is ready to travel back. To keep it fresh, Dennis keeps the kidney in a suitcase full of ice. Now the hardest task begins: transport the kidney back to his father. While the ice keeps melting, the first problem arises when the police do a routine checkup at the border.
