Bigfoot Chronicles is an adventure story about this successful documentary-film maker named Rock Thomson who recently lost his family in a car crash. Thomson wants produce a film to save help some orphans. He is approached by Dalton West who wants Thomson to document Bigfoot sightings in Oregon. West represents several Indian nations who believe a documentary about Bigfoot will help them stop the scheduled clear cutting of their sacred forest. At first Thomson refuses, telling West he doesn.t do fairy tales, but West tells Thomson he will provide funding for the Texas project, Rock decides to produce the film about Bigfoot. Thomson goes to Jackson Hill, Oregon. There he meets Susan. Together they listen to several real characters tell about their Bigfoot encounters. One of them, Wally tells a very convincing story about an encounter with Bigfoot. He tells Thomson where he can find Bigfoot.
