Spare Parts explores the trafficking of human organs, kidneys and sections of livers by men and women in Bangladesh. The "donors" see little way out of their circumstances and cycles of debt. Yet they are often left with ruined health the result of hack surgery - and only partial payment for their "gift" of an organ. Spare Parts will take you through their lives, and touch your heart.
