Swaroopa

Dựa vào cuốn tiểu thuyết biến thái .Swaroopa. của Franz Kafka kể về câu chuyện của Gregory Samson và gia đình của cha, mẹ, chị gái của cô giúp đỡ trong một cuộc biến đổi xã hội diễn ra ở Sri Lanka thời hậu thuộc địa và hậu thuộc địa. Nó nằm trong các đường viền của một căn hộ thuê của một gia đình trung lưu, chỉ phụ thuộc vào thu nhập của Gregory, một nhân viên bán hàng du lịch cho một công ty dược phẩm. Gregory chịu phần lớn trách nhiệm tài chính đối với việc thuê căn hộ, học đàn violin cho em gái và bảo trì chung của gia đình. Là một đại diện y tế trẻ tuổi phải đi lại rất nhiều. Loosely based on Franz Kafka.s novella Metamorphosis .Swaroopa. narrates the story of Gregory Samson and his family of father, mother, sister assisted by a maid within the social transformations taking place in late colonial and early postcolonial Sri Lanka. It is situated within the contours of a rented apartment of a middle class family depending solely on the income of Gregory who is a travelling salesman for a pharmaceutical company. Gregory bears the bulk of the financial responsibilities for the rent of the apartment, the violin lessons for his sister, and the general upkeep of the family. As a young medical representative who has to travel a lot. He forms relationships in his travels which do not seem to be lasting. One fine morning Gregory wakes up to find himself transformed into a giant insect.
